Se preparan igual que las albóndigas caseras (receta aquí), pero con alguna pequeña diferencia.Introduce en un bol la carne, los ajos machacados, el huevo, la leche, el pan rallado y sazona con la sal correspondiente. Mezcla bien con un tenedor hasta integrar todos los ingredientes en la masa. Deja que repose unos 15 minutos para que el pan se impregne bien.

Forma bolas de masa del tamaño que prefieras y colócalas encima de la harina. Aplasta cada bola y moldéala en forma de filete o hamburguesa rebozándola en harina por las dos caras. Fríe cada filete en abundante aceite. Si los haces muy gruesos, modera la temperatura del fuego para que se hagan bien por dentro. Sírvelos con la guarnición que más te guste. Si los presentas con un poco de ensalada y patatas fritas tienes un plato único de lo más completo

Puedes aprovechar a hacer más cantidad y dejarlos congelados. Yo los distribuyo en una bandeja sobre film transparente y los guardo en el congelador. Una vez congelados, los introduzco en una bolsa y así los tengo separados y me ocupan menos sitio. Cuando lo saco para freírlos, los pongo en la sartén a fuego medio para que se descongelen a la vez que los frío.

Como habrás podido ver, esta receta no lleva perejil. A mí me gusta más con un poco de perejil picado, pero tengo un pequeño en casa que no quiere ni verlo, así que vamos a lo práctico y no se lo pongo. Tu eliges.

Puedes aprovechar a hacer albóndigas y filetes rusos cuando prepares esta masa. Cuando hago filetes rusos, le pongo un poco más de carne, pero la masa es la misma.

Si preparas los filetes más gruesos, la carne te quedará mucho más jugosa.
