Pollo a la mantequilla
Ingredientes
1 pollo (cortados en piezas)
½ kilo de papas cortadas en cuadritos
½ kilo de zanahorias cortadas en trozos grandes
¼ de kilo de mantequilla
1 limón en jugo
Sal
Pimienta
1 cabeza de ajo asada y machacada

Preparación
1. Remoja las piezas de pollo en el jugo de limón, añade la sal, pimienta y la cabeza de ajo.
2. Fríe los cada pieza de pollo con la mantequilla hasta dorarlos.
3. Agrega las papas, las zanahorias y el jugo en donde se remojó el pollo.
4. Deja cocer hasta que se suavicen los ingredientes.
