Pollo a la naranja
Ingredientes
1 kg de muslos de pollo
Jugo de 1 naranja
1 cebolla picada
2 dientes de ajo
Sal
Aceite de oliva
Pimienta recién molida
1 taza de cerveza
1 cuch. de agua caliente
Perejil para adornar
1 naranja para decorar
Preparación
Ponga el pollo en una sartén y sofríalo con la cebolla, el ajo picado, sal y pimienta. Rociar con el jugo de naranja y dejar reposar un rato.
Vierta el aceite de oliva en una sartén, calentarlo y añadir el pollo, revolver y cocinar a fuego lento.
Verter la cerveza, llevar a ebullición, agregar la cebolla y el agua caliente. Cocinar lentamente con la sartén tapada durante unos 25 minutos.
Servir con pasta o arroz y decorar con naranja cortada en medias lunas, la salsa y el perejil.
